ProHome® is the Builder's Warranty Management Representative. All communications are to be directed to ProHome® regarding warranty issues. All non-emergency requests for warranty service must be provided in writing and must actually be delivered to ProHome® no later than the expiration of the term of the limited warranty.

Please refer to the Warranty Book for procedures on the Pre-Close, 30-Day, or 11-Month Walkthroughs. (Your warranty book is not available online, but an image of the cover is show to the right for your reference.)
